Our CEO, Penny Fang (Fang Chen Chun), was profiled by The CEO Magazine in its executive interview “A healthy appetite”, published in May 2025.

The interview tells how Sin Hin Frozen Food grew from a local frozen seafood distributor founded in 1983 into a supplier to Singapore’s top restaurants, how the company joined the Yoshimura Food Holdings group in 2018, and its focus on quality and on healthy, sustainable practices.
